Banned & exempt breeds

As we are a private space that is fully secured and able to be locked, exempt dogs are able to book to walk in our paddocks. Good field practice must be adhered to, including locking the gate once it has automatically closed before your dog is released from your vehicle.

• Your dog is not to be out of the vehicle while waiting to enter the field.
• You must leave the paddock within your booked time to ensure no crossover with arriving customers.
• You must be able to show a certificate of exemption if requested.
• You must only use the field with dogs from your own household.
• You must have third-party liability insurance.

Gov.uk rules

To keep an XL Bully dog it must be:

• microchipped
• kept on a lead and muzzled at all times when in public
• kept in a secure place so it cannot escape
• neutered

As the owner, you must also:

• be over 16 years old
• take out third-party public liability insurance against your dog injuring other people
• be able to show the Certificate of Exemption when asked by a police officer or a council dog warden, either at the time or within 5 days.
